Terms & Conditions

These conditions apply to all guests attending a booking at Teppanyaki Restaurant

All provisional bookings must be confirmed within 24 hours of booking and a deposit of £20.00 per person is due upon confirmation.

Deposits are non refundable should you cancel or move the date of a confirmed booking less than 3 days prior to your booking. Additionally, should you cancel a confirmed booking on the day, we reserve the right to keep the deposit and charge an extra £20 for every person in your booking

Deposit refunds cannot be given to guests who do not show up.

Please note that if members of your party do not show up on the night, their deposit will be kept in full and not redeemed against your final bill and will also be subject to an additional £20 charge of per person.

All sittings are for 1 hour and 45 minutes from your booking time.

Should you be more than 10 minutes late, your booking may be forfeit.

Special requests (e.g. dietary requirements) must be made known to the restaurant at least 7 days before your booking.

No additional food or beverage of any kind is permitted into the restaurant by party organisers or guests.
